Why I started Mayleaf
I started Mayleaf Consulting after more than 15 years of working across digital retail, e-commerce, brick-and-mortar operations, customer experience, and business growth. Throughout my career, I helped businesses navigate change, solve complex challenges, strengthen their operations, and create better experiences for both their customers and their teams.
Over the years, I saw how often good businesses become stuck — not because they lack potential, but because they are too close to the day-to-day work to clearly see what is holding them back. Sometimes they need a fresh perspective. Other times, they need a practical strategy, stronger processes, or an experienced partner who can help turn ideas into action.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to each client. I take the time to understand the full picture, identify meaningful opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that make sense for the people who will actually carry them out.
